TOWARDS GENUINE SOCIAL JUSTICE FOR FILIPINO YOUTH

Deeward Ponte was a 15-year old Filipino teenager who died on January 27, 2008 after being stabbed at Grays Park in Vancouver.

This incident is just one of many that have resulted from systemic issues facing Filipino youth and the Filipino community.
